1. Platform Overview

Upfront is an AI-driven platform designed to improve lending processes through automation, data enrichment, and advanced analytics. As Upfront is currently in its pre-commercial development phase, the Platform is provided solely for testing, research, and development purposes. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that it is not a final commercial product and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features.

2. Access to the Platform

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to access and use the Platform.
• Limited Access: The use of the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for the purpose of testing and improving its functionality. Upfront reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform without notice.
• Non-Commercial Use: During this pre-commercial phase, the Platform is offered exclusively for non-commercial use, such as testing and feedback. Any use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing by Upfront.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree to:

All content and intellectual property associated with the Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software code, and data, are owned by Upfront. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for testing and research purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without explicit written consent from Upfront.

5. Feedback

We highly value your input during this development phase. By providing feedback, suggestions, or insights regarding the Platform's performance or functionality, you grant Upfront the right to use, modify, and incorporate your feedback into the Platform without any obligation of compensation to you.

6. Limitations of Liability

Given that the Platform is in its pre-commercial development phase, it is provided "as is" and without any warranties, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Upfront disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Upfront shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits.

7. Modifications to the Terms

Upfront reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If significant changes are made, we will notify users via the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such notifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Termination

Upfront may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately.
